Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Mealighter's web and Android applications.
What Mealighter does
Mealighter helps you record meals, review editable AI-assisted nutrition estimates, track habits and set personal nutrition targets. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, dietary, diagnostic or treatment advice. Always consult a qualified health professional for medical or dietary decisions, especially if you have a health condition, take medication, are pregnant or have specific nutritional needs.
Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years old to use Mealighter. You sign in using a Google account and are responsible for keeping that account and your device secure. Do not use another person's account or attempt to bypass usage, access or security controls.
Your content and AI estimates
You retain your rights in the photos and entries you submit. You give Mealighter permission to process them only as needed to provide the service. Photo and chat results can be inaccurate because portions, recipes, labels and context vary. Review and edit every estimate before relying on it.
Free access, credits and promotions
Free use, earned credits and promotional Pro access are subject to the limits displayed in the application. Limits, available features and promotions may change. Unless a purchase screen states otherwise, promotional access is not a continuing paid subscription and may end on the shown date.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, upload unlawful or harmful material, interfere with the service, attempt to access another user's data, reverse engineer security controls or submit automated requests that exceed normal personal use.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access when necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law or maintain the service. You can request account deletion from Settings → Privacy & data. See the Privacy Policy for details about data controls.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms as Mealighter develops. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
